Refund Policy

If the auto-check out slot is purchased and we are successful in checking out the shoe, the shoe usually should be shipped to the provided address in one week. 

If we are unsuccessful with your auto checkout or if in the unlikely event of your order being cancelled by the retailers, the buyer will be eligible for a 100% full refund guaranteed. 

Any incorrect auto-check out information is provided and as a result we are unable to checkout for you, then the buyer will not be eligible for any refund, we urge all customers to take care in providing correct information.

There are no refunds on physical items.
